Cancellation Policy

Combo Casual Drop-In Classes – Terms & Conditions (1) Eligibility
 Casual drop-in classes are available exclusively to students aged 18 years and over. (2) Registration & Payment Payment must be made before attending the class. Places are subject to availability and registration is valid only for the date and class purchased. (3) Attendance Casual class fees are valid only for the purchased class and are non-transferable. Missed classes are non-refundable and may not be transferred unless otherwise agreed by the organiser. (4) Cancellations & Refunds
 Casual class fees are generally non-refundable. If a class is cancelled by the organiser, a replacement class, credit, or alternative arrangement may be offered. (5) Programme Changes
 ¡Tango Otra Vez! reserves the right to amend schedules, venues, instructors, pricing, or course content where reasonably necessary. (6) Code of Conduct
 Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructor directions. Unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund. (7) Photography & Privacy
 Classes and events may occasionally be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please notify the organiser. Personal information collected during registration will be used only for course administration and related tango activities and will not be shared without consent unless required by law. (8) By registering, students acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
