Cancellation Policy

18–30 Beginner Tango Package – Terms & Conditions (1) Eligibility
 Students must be aged 18–30 years (inclusive) on the course commencement date. Valid photo ID (driver's licence, passport, or government-issued proof of age card) must be presented at the first class. Failure to provide valid ID may result in the standard course fee being charged. (2) Package Inclusions
 Six (6) consecutive beginner tango classes for the price of five (5), plus access to the Student Practica at the discounted rate of $5 instead of $10. (3) Attendance
 The package is valid only for the advertised six-week course period. Missed classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered participant. (4) Cancellations & Refunds
 Refund requests must be made before the course begins. Once commenced, refunds will generally not be provided except at the organiser's discretion. If a class is cancelled by the organiser, a replacement class, credit, or alternative arrangement may be offered. (5) Programme Changes
 ¡Tango Otra Vez! reserves the right to amend schedules, venues, instructors, pricing, or course content where reasonably necessary. (6) Code of Conduct
 Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructor directions. Unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund. (7) Photography & Privacy
 Classes and events may occasionally be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please notify the organiser. Personal information collected during registration will be used only for course administration and related tango activities and will not be shared without consent unless required by law. (8) By registering, students acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
